  • How do we place a booking?

  • How do we make payment?
    Payment for your booking can be made via cash on collection/delivery or bank transfer. We do not have eftpos facility.
  • How far in advance do we need to place a booking?
    Our weekends do fill up with bookings quite fast so it is recommended to book at least 2 weeks prior however we always try to accomodate where we can if your booking is last minute but cannot guarantee availability.
  • Can I collect my balloons the day before?
    We don't recommend inflating balloons the day before they are actually required. Standard latex balloons have a life span of 8-12 hours before they start losing freshness in their colour and decreasing in size. A lot of people order balloons for their kids to wake up to on the morning of their birthday. If that's the case, we do recommend collecting as late as possible the evening before and keeping the balloons in a cool place.
  • Do you offer delivery?
    We offer delivery service on large orders if required e.g. balloon garlands, 5+ arrangements. If you are just ordering 1 or 2 small arrangements, it is collection only unless location is within 10km radius of Munster and we have available timeframe for delivery. Delivery fee may be incurred also, depending on location for large orders.
  • Do the balloons include Hi-Float Gel?
    Yes, our pricing includes the adding of Hi-Float Gel. Hi-Float Gel helps the balloons last a little longer.
  • Do you have a shop?
    No, we don't have a shop. Our business is run from home. If you wish to see us to place an order, a booking is required so please send us a message.
